Common Services
We assign caretakers and security officers to the properties that we manage who work under close supervisions of our field’s officers to regularly monitor their work. Any payments to them are made in our offices as advised by the client-the landlords. We
  • Make sure the compound is well maintained and clean, flowers are well maintained.
  • Make sure all common area bills are paid in the time to avoid disconnection.
  • Make sure all tenants receive their bills.
  • Make sure all the service charge is deposited in the management account every month.
  • Make sure law and order is maintained within the premises.
  • Make payments to service providers; Garbage collectors, Cleaners, Security services
  • Make sure good maintenance of the properties facilities e.g. gym, swimming pools and lifts etc.
