Full Management

Full Management
In full management, the landlord is relieved all responsibilities pertaining the property management. Rejima Homes takes over the responsbiliity of managing the property on behalf of the landlord. We provide the following services.
  • Rent Collection
  • Manage Common areas
  • Property Security
  • Cleaning and Maintenance
  • Site Visits
  • Garbage Collection

at the end of each month, the landlord is presented with proper accounts of the total rent collection less the charges for any services offered.

In cases of emergency with the plumbing and electricity we have a stand by plumber and electrician. We depend on the service charge money which is paid either by the landlord or tenant.
